FULLERTON, Calif. – Cal Point out Fullerton and Head Mentor Jason Dietrich have declared the choosing of Josh Belovsky as assistant mentor.
“I would like to thank mentor Dietrich and the whole Titan relatives for providing me this prospect. Developing up in Orange County, Cal Condition Fullerton Baseball has often been a quite unique spot in my eyes. I am honored and humbled to be a part of this historic application and I am excited in assisting mentor Dietrich with his vision of acquiring the software back to prominence,” Belovsky said. “I received my B.S. in Kinesiology from CSF and have scouted and signed a lot of Titans. I know firsthand what type of players and persons this application generates. I can’t hold out to get commenced and place on that Titan uniform. Go Titans!”
Belovsky joins the Titans immediately after serving as the West Coast Regional Supervisor for the Milwaukee Brewers over the previous 6 years.

Josh has over 23 many years of school coaching and specialist scouting practical experience,” Dietrich said. “He has constructed up a fantastic standing in the baseball group as a fantastic evaluator of talent but also as a guy of respect and integrity. He was incredibly influential with the Milwaukee Brewers when they drafted former Titans Khris Davis, Eric Komatsu, Nick Ramirez, Joe Scott and Scott Serigstad. He is from Southern California and has scouted a ton of video games in the stands at Goodwin Discipline but now we get to have him in our dugout. Let us welcome Josh, his wife Sara, his daughter Lili and his son Luke to the Titans family.”
Belovsky, a graduate of Cal State Fullerton, begun his skilled scouting vocation with the Colorado Rockies corporation as an associate scout right before joining the Brewers in 2006 as the Southern California and Hawaii area scout. In 2016 he was named West Coast Regional Supervisor.
For the duration of his time as a scout on the West Coast, Belovsky has scouted, drafted and labored with quite a few Titans. Eric Komatsu, Khris Davis, Nick Ramirez, Joe Scott and Scott Serigstad had been all drafted by the Brewers though Belovsky was with the group.
Whilst with the Brewers, Belovsky also served as the head mentor for the Place Code staff, Underclass Area Code workforce and Brewers Elite Scout crew. Whilst serving as the supervisor he coached about 85 MLB gamers which include all-stars Nolan Arenado, Christian Yelich, Gerritt Cole and Joc Pederson. He also coached various Titans these as Phil Bickford, Justin Garza, Scott Hurst, A.J. Kennedy, Carlos Lopez, Michael Lorenzen and Tyler Tablet.
Belovsky bought his coaching start off at Cypress College in 2001 exactly where he served as the pitching mentor and recruiter. He then built his way to Orange Coast School where he was also the pitching coach and recruiting coordinator from 2002-2006 and was named the associate head mentor in 2005.
The Southern California native began his collegiate baseball occupation at Cypress University in advance of taking part in at Texas Tech and the University of Kansas. Belovsky went on to engage in 4 yrs of expert baseball together with a stint in A and AA with the Boston Red Sox business.
